Important information regarding how your debt management program gets started:
Auriton Solutions' goal is to help you restore financial balance to your life. Your debt management program is designed to help you do this by setting up a monthly payment plan that you can afford to get out of debt. Your creditor's support this by offering benefits such as: reduced interest rates, lower monthly payment and eliminating late fees on credit cards and other debts. Here's what to expect in the beginning of the program.

Client number
We will assign you a client number and will contact your creditors before you begin making payments. Your client number will be sent to you by mail. Please make sure to keep your client number handy. You will need this number when communicating with your creditors as well as when you make payments or locating your information here at Auriton.

Creditor contact/proposals
Auriton will contact your creditors by submitting a proposal to them letting them know that you have enrolled in the debt management program. Creditors can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to process these requests so you will have to inform us of any communication you are receiving when you first enroll. If you receive a phone call from any creditor during this time period please give them this number to contact us at 651-697-6400. It is very important that you let us know all communications between you and your creditor so we can make sure the program is working. Creditors include debt collection agencies. Some collectors are very persistent. If they persist, politely hang up and notify us of the situation.

Payments
The most efficient payment option is the automatic payment through ACH. Payments that are taken automatically from a checking or savings account can be processed a lot quicker. You can make payments via money order as well. Making payments by personal check can delay payments to your creditor. We place a 7-day hold on a personal check to make sure we receive payment from your bank before we pay your creditors on our next scheduled disbursement date.

Additional payments/payoffs
You can always make additional payments if you can afford to. When you are ready to pay off a creditor, please contact us so we can obtain the correct balances to be paid off through the program. This will allow us to notify your creditors of your success and properly close out your account with us.

Statements
You will continue to get statements from your creditors. It is very important that you always monitor your statements to make sure that the payments have posted and that the benefits of the program are still active. Please make sure to contact us with any concerns that you have regarding your statements. You will also receive a monthly statement from Auriton acknowledging the deposits and disbursements being made to your creditors.
